We offer worldwide delivery and have a flat rate shipping charge per basket.
We charge a flat rate of £3.95 per order for shipping, for enhanced shipping costs please see below:

We process and dispatch orders within 24 hours of receiving the order. However during our busy periods it may take 1-2 days to dispatch your order. Our standard delivery orders are NOT tracked.
Once your order has been dispatched it can take 3-5 working days (Monday-Friday) for you to receive your order. However some items may arrive sooner than this. Orders placed on Friday after midday are shipped the following Monday (excluding bank holidays).
For next day delivery service all orders need to be placed before 12pm. This than gives us enough time to process you order.
Timed services on request
We can also offer time specific deliveries on Saturday (pre 9am, pre midday etc) on request. Email us at firstname.lastname@example.org and we will be able to provide a quote. Please note for Saturday deliveries, orders need to be placed before 12pm on Friday.
For European orders we use Royal Mail as it is a much faster service. For European orders we charge £13.85 for all orders weighing up to 2kg. For bigger orders prices may vary so email us before placing your order for a quotation.

All international orders can take up to 15 working days to arrive, but this may vary according to which country you live in.
Once we have posted your order we leave it to the parcel company to deliver your order on time. If your parcel is delayed or lost in the post we are not responsible for this. This is completely out of our hands and something we can not control. If you have concerns about your parcel please email us your full name, address and order details to firstname.lastname@example.org
Every country has different customs procedures and regulations and again this is out of our hands. You may need to pay extra charges once your order arrives in your country. This is between you and customs in your country and we are not responsible for any extra charges. There are occasions where Customs will open parcels and charge ‘Customs Charges’ on the contents. We do not take liability for any charges that Customs put on orders. If you refuse to pay Customs Charges, they send your parcel back to the country of origin; however, they may not send it back tracked and if we do not receive the parcel back, then we are unable to resend or refund your order. If we are sent back any parcels, Postage costs are payable again by the customer; should you wish to be refunded for the returned parcel, we refund the cost of the items but not the original Postage charges.
