We offer worldwide delivery and have a flat rate shipping charge per basket.
We charge a flat rate of £3.95 per order for UK Mainland shipping. For enhanced UK Mainland and International shipping costs please see below:

We reserve the right to reduce or increase any of the above flat rate shipping prices at our discretion. This price adjustment will take effect immediately upon change and be reflected in the order summary in the purchase basket prior to the completion of sale.
With the Corona Virus situation delay in delivery is being experienced through all delivery channels and ITH will not be held responsible for this delay.
Following Brexit the shipping rates for Europe are erratic and the carriers change these without notice. We reserve the right to revert to our customers for additional shipping charges prior to dispatch of the order in case of need. We will happily refund the order if the extra shipping required is not acceptable to the customer.
If you have paid for a courier or next day delivery item and the delivery is delayed beyond the stated delivery timescales then we will consider refunding the difference between the standard rate and the amount paid.

We endeavour to process and dispatch orders within 24 hours of receiving the order. However during our busy periods it may take 1-2 days to dispatch your order. Our standard delivery orders are not usually tracked and in case of need we will assist in recovery of the parcel or loss via the delivery agent and will only replace the lost item(s) once this process has been exhausted. The typical delivery timescales mentioned above are based on our experiences with orders that we ship via the delivery agents and on rare occasions these can be longer.
Once your order has been dispatched it can take 3-5 working days (Monday-Friday) for you to receive your order. However some items may arrive sooner than this. Orders placed on Friday after midday are shipped the following Monday (excluding bank holidays).
For next working day delivery, orders need to be placed before 11.30 am for this to be dispatched the same day. Orders received after this cut off time will be processed the next working day and will add an extra day to the delivery.
We reserve the right to dispatch via a Courier Service at our discretion and at no extra cost to you.
Timed services on request
We can also offer time specific deliveries on Saturday. Orders for Saturday deliveries need to be agreed beforehand, charges paid and placed by 11 am on Friday. Email us at firstname.lastname@example.org and we will be able to provide a quote.
For European orders we will use UK Royal Mail or a Courier to dispatch the order. The charge for European orders is £15.95 / 21.95 for orders weighing up to 2kg when packed. We reserve the right to contact you for orders placed that weigh above 2 Kgs or for bulky items and to recover the charge before we dispatch. For all dispatches, once we have posted your order we leave it to the transport company to deliver your order efficiently and on time. If your parcel is delayed or lost in the post we are not responsible for this as it is something we cannot control. If you have opted for a Signed for service we will track and follow up with the relevant transporter and update you accordingly. If your order is not received within a reasonable time from dispatch (5 working days – UK, 10 working days – Europe and 20 working days – Rest of the World) or if you have concerns about your parcel please email us at email@example.com with your full name, address and order details and we will investigate and update you.
Customs / VAT
Every country has different customs procedures and regulations and again this is out of our hands. You may need to pay extra charges once your order arrives in your country. This is between you and customs in your country and we are not responsible for any extra charges. There are occasions where Customs will open parcels and charge ‘Customs Charges’ on the contents. We do not take liability for any charges that Customs add to orders. If you refuse to pay Customs Charges they may send your parcel back to the country of origin, however, they may not send it back tracked. If we do not receive the parcel back and the items are undamaged or not in a saleable condition then we are unable to resend or refund your order. If any charges are levied for the return of the parcel then these are for your account and we must be reimbursed before we dispatch any further items to you. If you want us to resend the order an additional shipping fee will be payable.
Following Brexit, the VAT rates that are applicable in the European Union member countries is being levied by each member state and the customer is liable for the payment of this and also to fulfil any local country release requirements prior to the delivery of the parcel. ITH will send the parcels Delivery Duty Unpaid (DDU).
We take pride in what we supply and we want you to be happy with your purchase from Ibraheem Toy House. We will package the items to try and avoid damage in transit and rarely receive complaints of damaged goods arriving. However we are in the hands of delivery agents when the parcel leaves us and can not be responsible for their operations. If a parcel is damaged, you need to advise us within 7 days of receipt for us to take the matter forward with the delivery agent. We will keep you advised of progress and come to a suitable and equitable arrangement with you as appropriate.
However if you are not happy with your order and wish to return this or if the item supplied is faulty or damaged then please email us at firstname.lastname@example.org within 7 days of your purchase and we will advise you of a returns address and procedure. If you advise us after the 7 day period we will consider the return at our discretion.

Please note the following general conditions for returns:
- Buyer is responsible for paying for return costs for ALL returns irrespective of the reason for return, although we will consider refunding the return postage up to £5 for faulty items as long as the fault is reported within 7 days and the item returned within 14 days thereafter. We may also email a return label to the customer that will need to be printed and used for the return via Royal Mail. If the return is accepted due to a fault and is beyond this timescale we will not refund the return postage or the original postage paid.
- The items are to be returned in an undamaged and saleable condition.
- The buyer is responsible for the item until such time this arrives at our dispatch warehouse. Therefore we strongly recommend a Signed for service is used to return the items with adequate insurance cover.
- Once the item(s) are received and inspected and found to fulfil the general condition for returns we will offer to replace any faulty items or provide a refund as per the customer’s instructions. Replacements for faulty items will be dispatched at our cost.
- If the return is not due to the item being faulty we will provide a refund less a £1 re-stocking charge per item.
- Under no circumstances will the original delivery charge paid be refunded.
- We will provide a breakdown of the refund amount by email if required.
- We will not accept any return of edible items unless these are proven to be beyond the BBE date.
- We will not accept returns of any seasonal item such as Eid decorations unless the return is more than 7 days before the celebration date or if the item is damaged.
The above does not affect your statutory rights in the UK
If a parcel is returned to us by the transport company as this was unable to be delivered for any reason, e.g. no one home to sign for the item, or item not collected from the designated point, incorrect address shown, then an additional postage charge will be levied if the customer requires this to be re-delivered. We will only send the parcel once the charge is paid. If the customer requires a refund then this will be given less the original postage charge and the restocking fees applicable.
If the fault lies with us for the return then we will offer a full refund or re-send the order at our cost.
All refunds are issued within 14 days of agreement.
